Digital delivery
All products on Marriage Profile Builder are digital. We do not ship any physical items. When you pay for a clean (watermark-free) download, the file is generated and delivered to you instantly through the website as a download to your device.
Formats
Depending on the option you choose, you receive a print-ready A4 PDF and/or a high-resolution image (PNG/JPG) of your biodata, which you can save, print or share.
If you didn't receive your download
If your payment succeeded but your download did not start, please check your browser's downloads, then try again from the builder. If it still doesn't work, email [email protected] with your order reference and we will help you right away. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
