1. Digital products
Marriage Profile Builder sells digital downloads (a watermark-free PDF and/or image of your biodata). Because the file is generated and delivered to you instantly upon successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. When we will issue a refund
We want you to be happy. We will review and, where appropriate, refund your payment if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment);
- Your payment succeeded but a technical error on our side prevented you from downloading your clean file; or
- You were charged but the order was not completed.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction, including your payment reference / order ID and a short description of the issue. We may ask for additional details to verify the payment.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation
As there are no subscriptions or recurring charges, there is nothing to cancel. Each paid download is a single one-time purchase.
